You can make personal changes to the content after it has been delivered but before publishing. The content will be provided in Word format, and you will retain the rights to it.

Refunds are handled on an individual basis. We strive to address your needs effectively. Conditions for refunds may include but are not limited to the following:

• Minor Errors or Technicalities: We are not responsible for delays caused by clients, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Client-Related Delays : We are not responsible for delays caused by clients, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Low Word Count : Refunds will not be granted solely for low word count.
• Lack of Concern Submission: Refunds will not be given if you have not raised concerns about the work delivered.
• Additional Requirements or Excessive Demands : Refunds will not be accepted if delays are due to additional requirements or unreasonable demands not specified at the time of order.
• Exclusion of Tips : Refunds will not be issued for tips given to our writers or team members.

• Before Work Starts: If you wish to cancel before work begins, you may request a refund within one business day of placing the order. This request must be submitted in writing via email.
• After Work Starts: Refunds requested after the project has begun will only be considered if you have used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.

We aim to deliver on time. If a project is not delivered on time and you have made at least three attempts to contact us, we will process a 50% refund if you can provide evidence that the delay was due to our fault.

• Client-Related Delays: Refunds will not be provided if the delay is caused by issues on the client’s end.
• Mutual Agreement: All refund issues will be resolved through mutual agreement between you and bookcoverdesigner.us
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds or future discounts may be offered as compensation.
